Discover video games from an original point of view ! In a festive atmosphere where everybody can participate : beginners or almost pros, fans, families, young and old alike.
The program for this edition : music, rhythm , fun, sport and competition, coming through free-play, initiations, contests and tournaments.
M-GAMES
M-Games is an association designed to promote musical games in France. This new kind of leisure is a real society phenomenon which has a huge success in Japan, South Korea or in the United States.
M-Games and Strasbourg Game Show will offer you 5 musical video games in which players of any level will be able to become initiated, have fun and compete. To register, go straight to the games presentation on the M-Games cyberspace.
Event: DDR League tournament : stopping place in Strasbourg on January 15 & 16, 2005 for the French championship of the leading game Dance Dance Revolution organized by M-Games.
The hours for the DDR League tournament will be given in due time (subscription during the show).
Grand PES 4 (Pro Evolution Soccer) Tournament in Strasbourg

Individual, by team and French Team versus German Team (teams from other countries are welcome).

The Donkey Konga Tournament and Super Mario Kart
Both Nintendo super heroes have the place of honour in Strasbourg Game Show.
The Donkey Konga Tournament
Jungle Bongos will vibrate the walls of the Parc des Expositions and will leave no visitor indifferent with Donkey Konga, the grooviest game of the day !

The game is very easy, with the Bongo BK joystick, you must hit the bongos and clap your hands at the right moment following the rhythm of the song, so listen carefully to the music, follow the instructions appearing on the screen and hammer those bongos the right way. This game can be played alone, with 2 or 4 players.
The festive atmosphere brought about by the Donkey Kong will guarantee you an unusual multi-players experience within every kind of players' reach, whatever their age !

Super Mario Kart

The funniest and most amusing Kart game when played with 4 players. No holds barred ! Swap for a little while you car for a Mario Kart racing car, heat up the engine, make your tires screech... and take part in the Mario Kart DD tournament.

Information about the course of the tournaments
They are open to everybody, they are free except for the expert tournaments for which a participation fee of 1 to 3 € can be asked according to the grant.
Registrations will be possible online, at the show, in the newspaper DNA and on the radio NRJ Strasbourg. The sharing out between on line and at-the-show registrations will be announced during the beginning of the online registrations.
